How to Make Money Investing in Real Estate

My name is Will Moss or many of you know me as "Will Motivation" from my growing YouTube channel. I decided to make this online course as a result of many people asking me to share my in-depth knowledge on how I was able to build my real estate portfolio and live a nice, comfortable lifestyle.

To be honest, many of the people that discovered me on YouTube initially found me from my lifestyle videos sharing my experience having owned 3 different Lamborghinis in one year, and traveling all over the world on vacation.

Initially, I started sharing the lifestyle videos to inspire people and motivate people to go for their dreams, since I consider myself a regular guy who was not born with money. I worked hard, made some good decisions and followed my dreams!

I became a successful entrepreneur after going to college for computer science in the 90s, working in corporate America in the 2000s and then starting my own internet business in 2004. No start up money. No rich parents. Just a lot of motivation, hustle, and dreams.

After my business stabilized, realizing that I had no retirement plan in place as an entrepreneur, I started looking for ways to be smart and invest. I had purchased my first 3 properties already just by having the thought that I would rather buy the property I need than rent, and then the real estate market took a turn for the worse around 2010. I had 2 homes and an office space. All of them were on paper worth about -30% less than what I paid for them if I were to sell. And in a moment of inspiration and entrepreneurial vision, I decided it was the perfect time to start my journey investing in real estate!

Since 2010 I have gone on to purchase over 35 properties and now own a million dollar plus portfolio. I live in my dream home, I am able to take care of my family, travel with my friends, drive my dream cars and enjoy life. And now, I want to teach other people everything I have learned on my journey to becoming a Millionaire Real Estate Investor.
